NeuroSync Learning Academy
Research shows that children participating in our programs make an astounding average of 3.6-year gains in just 12-20 short weeks.
Our approach helps children and teens strengthen focus, regulation, learning, and cognitive performance naturally — building the foundational skills needed for lasting success both in and out of the classroom. Rather than simply managing symptoms (i.e., with medication), we focus on helping the brain develop stronger attention, processing, and executive functioning skills so your child can feel more confident, capable, and empowered.
Where Neuroscience Meets Academic Achievement
Your child is bright and full of potential — but learning may feel harder than it should. Challenges with attention, reading, organization, or academic performance can leave even highly intelligent children and teens feeling frustrated, overwhelmed, and discouraged. Whether your child has been diagnosed with ADD/ADHD, Dyslexia, or executive functioning difficulties, or simply struggles to stay focused and succeed in school despite good effort, there is a path forward!
Our Approach
While most companies offer basic tutoring to improve reading, math, spelling, attention, processing skills, or other areas of development, our methodology is rooted in higher cortical thinking, neuro-anatomy, and science. Standard tutoring works temporarily, whereas our brain-based NeuroSync programs build the foundation and underlying executive function skills that will last a lifetime.
At The Children’s TLC, we don’t just teach children what to learn; we train their brains how to learn.
By integrating evidenced-based principles with high-level neural synchronization, our revolutionary, research-based programs and interventions target the root of academic struggles through a fun and engaging four-pillar system designed to optimize how a child receives, processes, and expresses information to further strengthen neural pathways.
Our 4-Pillar System
Pillar 1: Primitive Reflex Integration & Neuromotor Maturity
The true foundation of learning is at the brainstem. Many children struggling with ADD/ADHD, Dyslexia, Sensory Processing and other learning and behavior challenges are battling active primitive reflexes – involuntary motor patterns that should have been integrated in early childhood. When these reflexes remain active, they hijack the nervous system, forcing the brain to stay in high alert and leading to academic challenges, as well as, sensory overload, impulsivity, and difficulty sitting still.
Our program targets these root-cause motor patterns, maturing the brainstem so that the higher brain centers (responsible for attention, reading and writing) can finally do their job without disruption.
Pillar 2: Neural Lateralization & Hemispheric Balancing
We utilize specialized auditory protocols to encourage hemispheric specialization. By strategically directing sound input—such as emphasizing the right-ear-to-left-brain neural pathway—we help the brain bypass inefficient “processing detours.” This encourages the brain to utilize its most efficient pathways for language and logic, essentially clearing the communication “traffic jams” that often hinder children with dyslexia and processing delays.
Pillar 3: Sensory-Acoustic Feedback & Timing
Our approach also incorporates specialized sensory feedback tools that utilize bone conduction. This provides the child with a crystal-clear, instantaneous feedback loop of their own voice and rhythm. By stimulating the auditory system and the vestibular system simultaneously, we help the brain fine-tune its own processing speed and self-monitoring capabilities in real-time, which is essential for attention, motor planning, and reading fluency.
Pillar 4: Symbolic Mastery & Cognitive Capacity
We bridge the gap between mental imagery and symbolic language. By strengthening the brain’s ability to visualize and master symbols, we transform reading and math from frustrating memorization into a fluid, conceptual process. Simultaneously, we use a combination of kinesthetic, visual and auditory cognitive exercises to increase processing endurance, allowing the child to handle higher data loads without the mental fatigue or overwhelm that often leads to executive functioning breakdowns.
